Kaziranga National Park dedicates one of the last unmodified natural areas in the north-eastern region of India. This National park is spread approx 430 square kilometer area in the State of Assam. Mainly Kaziranga National Park is famous for the Indian one-horned rhinoceros.
Along with the one-horned rhinoceros, the park is the breeding ground of elephants, wild water buffalo, and swamp deer. Over time, the tiger population has also increased in Kaziranga, and that’s the reason why Kaziranga was declared as Tiger Reserve in 2006. Reason for the maximum grass and water land, Kaziranga National Park is a land of paradise for the migrating-birds.
